Shipping

For now shipping is US only!

Return/Refund Policy

All jewelry is final sale. If the jewelry arrives broken, I will either send a replacement (if the piece is still in stock) or issue a refund. In order to get a replacement or refund for jewelry which was broken upon delivery, please send a picture of how the jewelry arrived in its packaging within one week of delivery. You may send requests for replacement/refund along with a picture of the damaged jewelry to dancingbeejewelry@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the item. I am not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries, and issues of that nature must be taken up with the carrier. I will not ask for the broken piece to be returned, and if any packages are returned to sender, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. 

As all jewelry pieces are handmade, there may be very small imperfections, however I would not sell anything that significantly deviates from the product images. If I feel a jewelry piece has an imperfection enough that a customer wasn't receiving what was promised, it would be marked as having a defect, and sold separately at a discounted price. I will not exchange or refund for minor imperfections.

Cancellations/Order Changes

I can not cancel or change orders after they have been shipped. If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so before I have shipped the item. Requests for cancellations/changes can be sent to dancingbeejewelry@gmail.com or you can use the contact form.
